Chris Williams & Hamish Louttit (aka Dirty Basement) have been making their own brand of noise around Glasgow for the past 5 years. From early begginings, perfoming as a DJing/drumming duo in King-Tuts Wah Wah Hut the boys developed a passion for all sorts of music from soul, punk & rock through to house, electro, techno & dubstep. You can catch db playing their residency on the 1st fri of every month for the basement @ the soundhaus, glasgow

Dirty Basement, now producers, have also started playing Live. Pulling together a selection of original material, remixes & edits with Chris twiddling knobs & pushing buttons while Hamish bangs out beats on his V-Drums.

With releases out on Bryan Cox's Crux Records, Steve Linney's Push-It Recordings & Dylan Kennedy's Atomic Zoo Records as well as remixes for Larry Tee, AC Slater, Steroheroes & Sweat Cheat under their belt the next 2 years look set to be busy times at Dirty Basement HQ.
